BRCA1 and BRCA2 have classified as inherited breast cancer or prostate cancer, even though the genes mutation which lead to breast cancer or prostate cancer is accounted only 10 % of the whole breast cancer patients.

However, if one detects with the gene mutation of BRCA1/2, the risky rate of getting breast cancer or ovarian cancer is 40-80% and 16-60% respectively.
